Electrical Perch Construction

At 222 Severn, a waterfront property that blends marina, office, retail, and restaurant uses, J. Thomas Property Services was tasked with constructing a new electrical perch along the dock to support the relocation of critical electrical infrastructure. The project included building and securing the new perch structure to the existing dock within a fairly tight timeline. Completed in just three days, the work required careful planning, coordination, and execution in an active waterfront environment.

It was a tough job, but one that showcases the type of hands-on problem-solving and project execution our team delivers every day. And while the work was demanding, the waterfront views certainly weren't a bad bonus.
